UI/UX Designer

About the Position

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our team. This is a full-time position within the company, not tied to a single project. You will start by working on a cutting-edge AI platform, but future projects may vary depending on business needs and your professional growth.

Current Project

This project is building an AI platform that helps companies develop complex software faster and with fewer errors. Instead of writing requirements, documentation, and validation rules manually, the platform does it using AI. It turns a product idea into detailed, ready-to-implement specifications — and keeps them in sync with tests and validation. It’s especially valuable for large organizations that work under strict regulations (like finance or healthcare), where precise documentation is critical.

Requirements:

• 3+ years UI/UX design experience for digital web products or services
• Ability to adapt web designs for mobile versions (responsive design skills)
• Strong understanding of user-centered design and usability principles
• Strong knowledge of Figma, Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Experience designing complex dashboards, workflows, or enterprise systems
• Ability to translate abstract requirements into user-centered solutions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with agile product development and design systems
• Experience in developing creatives for social networks (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Experience in creating presentations in Google Slides (PowerPoint).
• English level: Upper intermediate

Nice to Have:

• Preparation of corporate merchandise for printing.
• Have good skills in estimating deadlines for the formation of proposals to the client.

Responsibilities:

• Translate business and user requirements into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine user flows and interactions
• Develop and maintain a consistent design system aligned with brand and accessibility standards
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure high-quality implementation of design aspects
• Create marketing and promotional materials to support internal branding initiatives
• Provide design input and effort estimations for pre-sales and proposal-stage projects
