Requirements:

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in IT operations, software development, or a technology-focused industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple parallel projects (3–5) across different domains
• Ability to operate effectively in high-load delivery phases with sustained focus
• Experience working in outsourcing or multi-client environments
• Ability to take on adjacent roles when needed:
  – Business Analysis (requirements clarification, structuring)
  – Presale support (estimations, discovery participation)
  – Team mentoring/delivery leadership
  – Other relevant roles
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive delivery under uncertainty
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and aligning stakeholders
• Ability to quickly understand new domains and adapt
• Willingness to actively participate in presale activities:
  – Discovery calls
  – Proposal preparation
  – Solution discussions with clients
• Willingness to actively use AI assistance for day-to-day tasks.
• Previous development background using any popular programming language, BA background, or QA experience.
• Passionate with process definition, formalization, optimizations, and implementation.
• Certified Scrum Master is a plus.
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher, with confidence in client-facing communication

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery across multiple concurrent clients and contexts
• Participate in presale and early-stage solution shaping
• Act as a bridge between business and engineering under unclear requirements
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, product, stakeholders) and ensure effective collaboration.
• Support team growth and mentoring when needed
• Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality objectives are met.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Communicate project status, progress, and risks to stakeholders on a regular basis.
• Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Ensure clear requirements definition and alignment between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Monitor team performance and remove blockers to keep projects on track.
• Support resource planning and allocation across projects.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes, tools, and delivery practices.
