About the Role
We are seeking a strong Technical Lead to join the client`s team. This individual will combine technical expertise with leadership skills to oversee architectural reviews, guide the team, and contribute to strategic decisions. The ideal candidate has a solid background in .NET, experience with e-commerce, and a deep understanding of Azure architecture. They should possess a balance of technical and business acumen to align development efforts with organizational goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Lead Developer, Technical Lead, or similar role in a complex development environment.
• Extensive hands-on experience with .NET technologies and frameworks.
• Demonstrated expertise in e-commerce platforms and their integration.
• In-depth knowledge of Azure architecture, including cloud services, DevOps practices, and security best practices.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles and agile methodologies.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
• Ability to align technical strategies with business objectives.
• Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• English level: Upper-Intermediate

Responsibilities:

• Act as the technical lead for the client`s account, ensuring the development team delivers high-quality solutions.
• Conduct architectural reviews to maintain and improve system performance, scalability, and security.
• Act as a deputy CTO to shape and execute the technical strategy.
• Design, implement, and oversee solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure infrastructure.
• Translate business requirements into technical strategies and system designs.
• Provide mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of growth and innovation.
• Stay informed about trends in e-commerce, ensuring the technology stack remains competitive.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, bridging the gap between business needs and development solutions.
