Senior/Lead UI Developer

About the opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced UI Developer to join our team and take ownership of designing, developing, and maintaining our front-end applications. You will be responsible for ensuring best practices in UI development, and delivering scalable, high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate closely with other team members to ensure seamless integration and delivery of the application.

The team is working on an AI based application to develop and  support business processes for different business areas.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in React, Redux, and Axios for building responsive and interactive web applications.
• Strong expertise in TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Hands-on experience in building and managing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• In-depth understanding of front-end architecture, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming patterns.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and tools such as Figma or Sketch.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks like Jest or React Testing Library.
• English level: Upper-Intermediate

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of user interfaces using React, Redux, Axios, and TypeScript.
• Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable, and reusable components for the application.
• Oversee the creation and management of CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for front-end deployments.
• Ensure high-quality code by implementing and enforcing coding standards, best practices, and code reviews.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to ensure alignment with business goals and user needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex UI issues to enhance performance and usability.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in front-end technologies and incorporate them into development processes.
