Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive MSP Engineer to provide comprehensive technical support and infrastructure management for our diverse client base. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and security of our clients’ IT environments, encompassing a wide range of technologies.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an MSP Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and Azure technologies.
  • Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
  • Solid networking skills, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing.
  • Experience with network devices such as gateways, switches, and Wi-Fi access points.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with ticketing systems.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, CompTIA Network+, etc.) are a plus.
  • English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher

 

Responsibilities:

Microsoft 365 Administration:

  • Licensing, security configuration, integrations, audit.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and other M365 applications.
  • Implementing and maintaining M365 security best practices.

Microsoft Azure Management:

  • Azure Active Directory administration.
  • Monitor and maintain Azure resources.

Operating System Support:

  • Provide expert-level support for Windows (client and server), macOS, and Linux operating systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
    Perform system updates and patch management.

Networking and Infrastructure:

  • Manage and maintain internal network infrastructure, including gateways, switches, and Wi-Fi access points.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
  • Implement and maintain network security measures.

Printer Support:

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot printer hardware and software.
  • Resolve printer connectivity and printing issues.

Client Communication and Documentation:

  • Provide timely and professional support to clients via phone, email, and ticketing system.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.

Proactive Monitoring and Maintenance:

  • Monitor system performance and identify potential issues.
  • Perform regular maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system operation.
  • Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions.
