Lead .Net Engineer

About the opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Backend .NET Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining backend systems, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability. 

The team is working on an AI based application to develop and  support business processes for different business areas.

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in C# and .NET Core 8.
• Proficiency with Entity Framework and database design principles.
• Hands-on experience with Azure services and architecture.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes and Docker for containerized application deployment.
• Proven experience in building and managing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Experience with implementing WebSocket-based solutions.
• Experience of work as a Team Lead.
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Nice to have:

• Experience with other cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies or frameworks (React).
• Experience with monitoring tools and performance tuning.
• English level: Upper-Intermediate

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain backend systems and APIs using C# and .NET Core 8.
• Work with Entity Framework for database interactions and optimization.
• Develop and maintain solutions on Azure, ensuring scalability and security.
• Utilize Kubernetes and Docker to deploy, manage, and scale applications.
• Build and manage robust CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Ensure best practices for coding standards, security, and performance optimization.
• Work closely with frontend developers, QA engineers, and product managers to meet project goals.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in production and development environments.
