
Graphic Designer (UI/UX)
About the Position
We are looking for a Graphic Designer with strong UI/UX expertise to join our team. You will play a key role in shaping how we present and communicate our product — through branding, marketing materials, presentations, and user-centered designs that make complex ideas clear and compelling. This role is ideal for a designer who can balance creativity with usability and who thrives in a collaborative, agile environment.
The role is currently part-time with a possibility of switching to full-time.
Current Project
This project involves creating marketing, branding, and user experience materials to support the platform and its initiatives. The team focuses on designing promotional assets, presentations, website UI elements, and internal branding materials that communicate the platform’s value. The work emphasizes user-centered design, visual clarity, and collaboration across teams to ensure all materials are engaging, consistent, and effective for both internal and client-facing purposes.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer with a focus on UI/UX design for digital products or services.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility.
- Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign), and MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Sheets, and Google Docs, Slides
- Experience of working with printables would be a big plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and iterative design processes.
- Experience in developing creatives for social networks (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Experience in creating presentations in Google Slides and PowerPoint.
- English level: Upper intermediate
Nice to Have:
- Proficiency in designing responsive web interfaces, with strong skills in adapting designs for mobile.
- Experience designing complex dashboards, workflows, or enterprise-level systems.
- Ability to translate abstract business requirements into clear, user-centered design solutions.
- Familiarity with product development lifecycles and design systems.
- Experience of working with existing Design Systems.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop marketing and promotional materials to support internal branding initiatives.
- Create materials for pre-sales and sales activities — including client-oriented case studies and proposal-stage presentations (PowerPoint).
- Collaborate with the website development team to design and refine UI elements, ensuring alignment with brand identity.
- Create branding and promotional assets such as flyers, digital graphics, and other visual communication materials.
- Ensure designs are user-centered, visually appealing, and optimized for usability across digital platforms.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, development) to align design deliverables with business and user needs.
- Participate in agile workflows, providing design support throughout project lifecycles.
