Senior Go Developer

About the Opportunity:

We are looking for a super-star Senior Go Developer to join one of our client`s VIP customers in the cybersecurity industry. This is a high-impact project requiring top technical expertise, strong backend foundations, and experience with distributed systems and networking.

Please note that this position requires occasional visits to the Warsaw office per project needs.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience
• 3+ years of commercial Go development
• Hands-on experience with distributed systems
• Strong understanding of networking, protocols, and concurrency
• Security mindset; exposure to cybersecurity concepts
• Experience building scalable, high-availability systems

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of cybersecurity tooling or a secure development lifecycle
• Experience with Docker / Kubernetes
• Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Experience working with EU/US teams or enterprise clients

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend components in Go for high-performance, security-oriented systems
• Work with distributed architectures and networking-heavy environments
• Collaborate with experienced engineers across EU teams
• Contribute to architectural decisions and performance optimization
• Implement secure coding best practices
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions and improvements
